Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy for our Clothing, Accessories, and Home. You have 14 days after receiving your item to process a return! 

Items from our Preloved Collection cannot be returned. Please make your selections with care and review all product information and sizing before making a purchase. All Preloved purchases are final sale. 

Shopping Preloved means styles are (used), so please note there may be signs of wear. We strive to describe the condition of all items as accurately as possible so there are no surprises upon arrival to your home. We firmly believe the age, use, and unique characteristics of each piece are what makes them so special!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order confirmation number for proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
